3. Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the details you provide, including your contact data, are stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.

Technical note: Form submission runs via an external form service once configured (FORM_ENDPOINT in src/config.ts – e.g. Formspree). Once the backend is fixed, this section must be specified accordingly (recipient, storage period, data processing agreement if applicable). Without a configured service, the form opens your email client (mailto); no data is transmitted via this website.

4. Shortlist (local storage)

The shortlist stores your selected properties exclusively locally in your browser (local storage). No data is transmitted to us or to third parties.

5. Location map (OpenStreetMap)

The map on the contact page is only loaded from OpenStreetMap servers after you click “Load map”. Only then is your IP address transmitted to the OpenStreetMap Foundation. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

6. Cookies

In its current version, this website does not use any tracking or marketing cookies. Should analytics or marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) be added in the future, a cookie consent banner and a corresponding amendment of this policy will be required.
